We stand behind our premium product. When your machine leaves our facility we know that is is in working order. If an item looks as if it may have been damaged in shipping please refuse it, Please contact us for trouble shooting before returning an item. If it appears to be a manufacturing defect. If the machine needs to be sent back with 5 days and it proves to be a manufacturing issue we will replace the unit.
